Embrace change’s subtle call,
Resistance breeds consequences, befall.
Chart your journey, track your growth,
From who you were, to who you are, both.
And in contemplation, envision who you strive to be,
A blend of past, present, and future, free.
Live slowly, a pace of mindful grace,
Yet let your choices be swift, a determined chase.
Live slowly, but let your thoughts fly fast,
To ponder, to question, to broaden and surpass.
